位置優越，鄰近金鱗湖，位於湯の坪街道盡頭附近，剛好逛完便可回旅館休息。服務周到，讓人賓至如歸。退房當天有專車接送至由布院駅，方便旅客在最後一天觀光。旅館設有三處家庭湯屋，其中兩處為露天風呂，每次可獨享40分鐘。我們入住的是高砂和室套房，房內同時擁有室內與露天專屬溫泉，私密性極佳。早餐與晚餐均安排在獨立包廂用餐，菜色多樣，每一餐也有不同的主打菜式如和牛、ひゅうが丼等整體而言旅館充滿日式懷舊風格，別具人情味，推薦👍

這次是兩對夫婦一齊入住湯布院酒店。朋友說給98分，如果涱床可以像壽房一樣加上床褥會更好，因為年紀大，訓地舖上落真的很困難。但他們覺得這裡的職員服務一流，早餐和晚餐真的很好味，還有免費位提供，真的很貼心！

地點非常方便👍🏻 Reception 10分熱情介紹酒店裡的所有設施，一泊二食的晚餐有幾道菜太有創意不太合個人口味，早餐是可以的。酒店可以免費早上拿牛奶和夜晚玩爆谷，但夜晚教我們製作爆谷的叔叔態度不太良好，完全沒有理會我們，10分奇怪。房間有好多昆蟲、蜘蛛網、床上有蚊屍…溫泉聞起來不太有硫磺味道，池底也有很多碎葉。整體應該不會再入住了。

如果要到金鱗湖選擇這間酒店就很方便，距離車站就有點遠，整體服務很好，環境清幽，有提供多個私人風呂，亦可睇到由布嶽，很值得encore😊

Amazing stays, staff was very friendly and polite, he explained everything to us well and clear. And they provide free shuttle from Yufuin station. There’s popcorn making after 8pm at the lobby, it was a fun experience. Breakfast and dinner was very delicious. Had a very pleasant and happy stay here.

缺點是榻榻米及沙發位的整潔度，有明顯的改善空間。優點是房間很大。內有整潔寬敞及舒適的私人溫泉空間，泉水沒有異味。早上有樽裝牛奶供應區，在房間外，住客有需要可自取。晚餐地方及食物外觀很精美。有司機免費接送到火車站，很方便，省力不少。

Staying at this hot spring hotel during cherry blossom season created wonderful memories for my family and me. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service—just a quick call from the station, and within 10 minutes, a car arrives to take guests directly to the hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Upon noticing that my father was using a cane, they kindly arranged a room for us without stairs, ensuring a more comfortable stay. The accommodation was spacious, featuring a private onsen and a massage chair, which made the experience even more relaxing. Since the hotel is near the mountains, there were a few insects, but it wasn’t a major issue. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and in the morning, guests could get fresh milk with breakfast. The hotel’s location was ideal—just a short distance from the shopping street and Lake Kinrin, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.
